Experience

I have been working in the IT industry since the IBM XT desktops were appearing on office desks as a computer engineer. I later moved in to software support for network operating systems and attained various qualification such as - Novell CNE, Novell CNA, Lotus CLE, Microsoft MCP, Certified Winframe Administrator and Microsoft MCSE. During my time at the various GCSI companies I won a County Managers award followed by an award for significant contribution to business. My major achievement was the design, implementation and management of the first successful software helpdesk within the Granada organisation. Following the explosion of the internet I went freelance building and designing websites, digital marketing campaigns and later on to learn SEO.
